Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School (PRESEC Legon SHS), has been ranked as the best SHS in Ghana in terms of science and Maths.
PRESEC, the Presbyterian Boy’s Secondary School in Legon, secured the top spot in the 2023 EN Analytics Top 100 Senior High School rankings for Science and Mathematics. Rising from the third position in the 2022 national rankings, PRESEC outperformed its competitors, specifically surpassing Prempeh College, to claim the top position with a total of 645 points.
The EN Analytics rankings aim to establish a globally recognized and reliable system, benefiting students, educators, government bodies, and the general public. The methodology is based on a school’s performance in the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) at the national level, taking into account the specific category of the respective school.
With a total of 679 Senior High Schools overseen by the Ghana Education Service, PRESEC’s achievement highlights its excellence in Science and Mathematics education.
