I Did Not Build My Mansion Through Rituals – Kanayo O. Kanayo

This new trend of killing others for money rituals is a massive hoax. Veteran actor Kanayo O. Kanayo has warned the youth of Nigeria. He also said that human sacrifices have nothing to do with financial success. The actor, who plays ritualists in movies, claimed that what is shown onscreen is not usually what happens in real life.

Kanayo made this comment while serving as a guest on a monthly web-based town hall meeting hosted by an online news service. The veteran actor, who became known as “Nnanyi Sacrifice” due to his performances in films, spoke on the theme “Rituals, Riches, and Realities: The Myths of Money-Making and the Dignity of Labor,” encouraging young people to put in more effort.

He admonished the youths that money is made through hard work and not rituals.
His assessment of today’s youth: “These folks have upped the ante, and it’s not about what they watch (movies). The urban legend that a man in a thatched hut will beg you to murder your girlfriend so he may sleep with her and keep the money is completely false.

The Yahoo scam we encountered back in our younger days sent letters promising unbelievable offers. Many current public servants were involved, and we know them. I prefer not to be specific about who or what. People are told that today, nevertheless. Yahoo Promax is all the rage these days; all it takes to get rich is to kill someone, eat their heart, and wash it down with Hennessy. There seems to be no correlation between that and financial success. Work is the key to financial success. When asked how he managed to suddenly amass enough wealth to construct a mansion in his hometown, KOK claimed he had not engaged in any form of self-denial.

“In 2015, I started laying the groundwork for my home, and in 2016, Mike Adenuga’s Globacom signed me up to be a part of a statewide campaign they were running. It was a lot of money. There were multiple cities involved, and occasionally we’d be paid for 10 of them before we’d even left for the rest of the tour.

As a result, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new home. If I had opted to buy a brand-new 2015 Range Rover instead of putting it in that house, I might have said I made a sacrifice. If I had bought it now, people would think I was driving a vintage Range Rover. “So the sacrifice I made was that I left the Range Rover and completed my house. That cost me,” KOK elaborated.
