Asantewaa Reacts To The Ban Of Her TikTok Account With Over 3 Million Followers

Popular Ghanaian TikTok sensation, Martina Dwamena, widely recognized as Asantewaa, has reacted to the ban of her TikTok Account with over 3 million followers

Asantewaa confirmed the sudden ban and highlighted the absence of any prior notifications or explanations for this action.

Asantewaa shared that she was informed about the ban by friends, receiving an influx of concerned messages from followers while her account became inaccessible.

Addressing her fans through an Instagram video, she pledged to seek alternative means to continue sharing similar content with her audience.

The TikTok star expressed profound disappointment, emphasizing the extensive effort invested in building her account from scratch without any backup profiles. She recounted her journey, commencing with zero followers and consistently creating captivating content. Asantewaa expressed her regret at the loss, considering the years of dedication put into making her account a success.

“I woke up to a banned TikTok account. I don’t know what I did because I wasn’t informed that due to this and this reason, I don’t know, I just woke up to a banned TikTok account. And for real, I don’t know. I’m out of words,” she said

Amid the ban, various speculations have arisen on social media regarding the reasons behind it.

Some sources suggested that reports were filed by individuals who felt deceived by Asantewaa’s involvement in a purported Ponzi scheme named Uskills on TikTok. Allegedly, individuals paid 130 Ghanaian cedis to influencers like Asantewaa with the promise of being added to a group, eventually receiving payments by recruiting more participants.
