Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Bernard Antwi-Bosiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, thinks the country would do well in sports under the leadership of the party’s recently chosen flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. Chairman Wontumi claims that Dr. Bawumia’s commitment to sports has resulted in the construction of more than 180 astroturfs across the country.
If Dr. Bawumia is elected president of West Africa, the outspoken politician claims, the national team will advance to the World Cup final.
