Ghana Needs Only 25 Ministers – Committee For Constitution Review Hints

The incumbent President of Ghana, his Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo has set a committee for the review of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana. There have been several concerns of Ghanaians on the need for the Government of Ghana to review the 1992 Constitution of Ghana. The call for the 1992 Constitution of Ghana started a long ago during the administration of the late President Jerry John Rawlings. The agitation of Ghanaians were heard through Former President John Agyekum Kuffor then to the administration of The late President John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills and His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.

Speaking live on Newsfile on JoyNews, Mr. Forson Jnr a member of the committee of the Review of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana has made known some of the recommendations of their founding and they will be glad if the Government of Ghana will accept their work and implement it on the right path.

According to Mr. Forson Jnr their recommendations per their founding and research shows that, Ghana can look better and work better with only twenty -five (25) ministers. Speaking further, Mr.  Forson Jnr added that there is no need to even have deputy ministers in Ghana.

Ghana will be a better place if thes recommendations are taken into consideration by the Government of Ghana.
