The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has officially released the 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) provisional results.
These results will be disbursed to students via their schools, overseen by the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Directors of Education. Moreover, the council has made the results available to the general public on their official website, https://www.waecgh.org.
In a cautionary note, WAEC alerted the public to the possibility of fraudulent individuals who might offer result upgrades for a fee, emphasizing that the examination results are secure and their authenticity remains intact. The statement highlighted that candidates should be aware of the safety and legitimacy of their results.
Some candidates have seen their entire results cancelled due to examination malpractices.
