2023 School Placement Results; GES Serves Notice To BECE Graduates

The Ghana Education Service (GES) management wants to alert parents, guardians, and 2023 BECE candidates about a misleading message circulating regarding 2023 school placements

GES is cautioning all 2023 BECE graduates to beware of messages claiming to be from the Ghana Education Service and requesting money for school placement support. The official message from the Ghana Education Service advises against sending money and emphasizes that the circulated message is not from them.

GES added that any number that calls you promising to help you get your preferred school choice is fake. Such person must be reported to the police.

“The public is kindly informed to disagree with or disregard this message sent by some unscrupulous person ahead of the 2023 placement into senior high schools; this is not from the Ghana Education Service. The Ghana Education Service does not charge money for placement, and parents, students, and the public are advised not to make any payments or fall prey to such messages. Please note that placement is done based on merit. Thank you”
